RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing Fragobox LLC to purchase your menswear! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to assist you with a return or refund. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Return Conditions
Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Return requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging. If the item is visibly used, a refund may be refused.
Inapplicable Items: The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns: Discounted clearance items
2. Requesting a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Send an email to kyle@fragobox.cc stating your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return authorization and the appropriate return address.
Please ensure your order number is on the return package so we can process your refund more quickly.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Refund: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping Cost Refund: We do not refund initial shipping costs unless the return is due to incorrect item delivery or quality issues.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your account according to the original payment method; the exact arrival time depends on your bank or payment platform.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please apply for a refund according to our return policy and then place a new order.
